A 25 Bedroom extension to the existing Spa and Leisure Hotel
Individually designed, with a mixture of room types, in a 4 star hotel. Reach Project Management worked closely with the hotel owners from inception through to completion. Providing our expertise and knowledge of the sector as a bespoke design concept and offer was developed. We assisted in the procurement of all FF&E, utilizing our knowledge of the suppliers and contractors best suited to the type of project. Reach PM were, Project mangers and cost consultants in a traditional contract procured through a tender process, with a suppliers being direct to the clients.
