The phased construction project over 3 years delivering Tower 1- 189 apartments; 21 storey - £21m, and Tower 2 – 216 apartments; 32 storey - £37m
Reach PM provided Project Management, Cost control and Principal Designer services, from inception through contract procurement and construction phases. Working closely with the design and contractor teams in this challenging location and build.
