Project details:
The construction of a new 100 bedroom wing and extension and refurbishment of the existing cabaret in the setting of a Grade 2 listed Hotel and spa.
Reach PM were brought in to provide their knowledge and expertise to the project when it seemed it would not proceed. We instigated a complete review of the design and strategy and not only made the project deliverable, but through driving efficiencies suggested more bedrooms could be delivered within the budget.
Reach PM were Project mangers and Employers agent, we also coordinated the procurement and delivery of the direct suppliers for FF&E and operational equipment.
