Project details:
The project consisted of a 77-bedroom Travelodge Hotel with a further Retail space of c270m2, plus Reception Bar/ Restaurant and Car Parking.
Built over 4/5 stories with transfer deck and Timber Frame, the project was completed in c12 months. The project was changed during construction to convert roughly half of the Retail space into 5 additional bedrooms. Single Stage Design and Build contract.
