Following the completion of the 60 bed Premier Inn in 2014, we returned to the Castlegate retail Park to deliver fast track roadside retail restaurants and drive through, including Costa Coffee, KFC and Burger King.
Our expertise in understanding the importance of Branded outlet deliveries ensured we had the necessary skills to deliver these projects, with tenant liaison throughout the schemes and contractor procurement through a Design and Build contract.
