Project details:
118-bedroom Premier Inn plus 46no Residential Apartments for Barratt Homes, associated underground Car parking and external works.
A complex development built next to the River Derwent close to the centre of Derby, there were two separate building one the hotel and the other the Apartments but linked at Basement level by Underground car parking plus space for plant and ancillary spaces.
Two stage Design and Build Tender. The Hotel building was over 6 stories a transfer deck plus 5 stories of Timber Frame.
