The Annual refurbishment of between 350 and 500 bedrooms cross the Warner Leisure Hotels Estate. A Mixture of Room types and sizes in Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings.
Fast track Hotel Bedroom Refurbishment, with complete strip out and refurbishment including all FF&E and operating equipment. On average completing 15-20 rooms every two weeks.
Reach PM provide Project management and Cost control, plus coordination and ordering of all equipment. We developed a strategy for procurement and framework contractors, working closely with the client procurement teams to deliver best value, improving year on year.
