Following a £3m Refurbishment of the Shoreline Hotel Bedrooms at Bognor Regis Resort, Reach Project Management were appointed as Retained PM/QS for the Skegness resort in 2014.
Projects include:
- Shoreline Hotel Refurbishment (Bognor) £3m
- Seaside Village Refurbishment & balconies £7m
- Starfish quay chalets refurbishment £6m
- Ocean Point Chalets sparkle £2m
- The Keys Chalet refurbishment £1.5m
- Front Room Pub & Kitchen £750k
- New Supermarket £300k
- Arts & Crafts £400k
- Soft play zone £400k
Reach PM provide Project management and cost management services, but this is only part of the role, we are part of the “Team” involved in the strategic planning of the capex spend and the operational interface with the resort.
