Project details:
130-bedroom Premier Inn Hotel plus Retail Unit and associated works. The structure was a transfer deck plus 5 stories of Timber Frame hotel rooms, the cladding was a mixture of Cor Ten and Rainscreen cladding.
The Contract was procured through a single stage tender process, Reach Project Management were employed as Employers Agent Principal Designers and Cost Consultants, we managed the project fully from inception to defects completion.
