Silverstone Hilton Garden Inn

The Home of British Motor Racing has agreed the rights for a development partner to construct a 200 bed Hilton garden Inn on the famous circuit, opposite The Wing and International Pit Straight.

Reach PM have been appointed by Silverstone Circuits Limited to monitor the project on their behalf, providing an interface between the project development and operational teams.

This is a unique and complex project with regard to logistics and interdependences between the parties in an ever-changing live environment, with events and also a significant construction project, which requires a constant open dialogue and collaborative working relationship with all stakeholders to ensure success for all concerned.
