True Students acquired a site in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, to continue the expansion of their Student Accommodation brand.
A complex site, involving the renovation of an existing listed building and the construction of 399 new high-quality apartments, retail units, gym and entertainments space. Challenging logistics issues in the construction of this nine storey, Brick clad building, built tight up to the pavement line.
Reach PM have been involved from the acquisition of the site, working closely with the design and contractor teams in developing the design and construction techniques required for this type of building.
